Meet Lydia

Ultra Running Coach 

Once a competitive swimmer, Lydia swapped the pool for the incredible world of ultrarunning, and she’s never looked back. She loves pushing her limits—from conquering 500km races in the American desert to multi-day adventures in Oman’s deserts—and even setting a record along Portugal's stunning coastline at 650km!

 

Lydia combines her endurance, discipline, and a dash of adventure, bringing a fun and supportive energy to every athlete she mentors. Her goal? To inspire you to embrace the challenge of ultras and unlock your own inner explorer—whether you're just dipping your toes in or ready to crush those big race goals.

Each client receives a customized ultra running plan with tips on nutrition all based on their goals, preferences, and running level. We adapt the plans and have bi weekly check ins.
